In Learnwise's personalized one-on-one job search mentoring program in North America , an experienced team of mentors plays a central role. This team comprises senior engineers and interviewers from leading tech companies in Silicon Valley and other regions. They not only participate in designing their companies' interview processes but also possess deep industry backgrounds. At the start of the program, based on the student's learning goals and career aspirations, we carefully select the most suitable mentor from our mentor pool. Before instruction begins, these mentors conduct in-depth assessments of the students and, based on the assessment results, create personalized learning plans designed to maximize teaching effectiveness. We adopt a results-oriented model; mentors receive no salary until the student receives an offer, ensuring their continued dedication and commitment until a job is secured. Mentors must have connections within their companies and with the recruiting teams to guarantee direct referrals and interview arrangements for students.
